mm, goes well with taramosalata! It must be Clean Monday then, and you should be out and fly a kite! We have snow in Durham, NC, and we patiently wait for spring and the right wind to fly a kite!
Oh happy day! A mini post from you is a great way to start my day! The bread is lovely; when I first saw the title, my sleepy eyes thought it said lasagna! This bread looks like it would taste great with a bowl of soup. Have a great week, Maria! (PS: And thanks to your hubby for asking about the picture!)
Oh, what I wouldn't do to have some of this! Thank you for the post. I have been wanting to do more posting on Melting Pot (one on breakfast, another on interesting crackers a friend makes), but haven't had much time. I can understand wanting to do something different--I am glad you are going to focus on other writing. But I'll miss your more regular posts. Still, thinking of you and will stay in touch.

It looks very pretty and good!

ReplyDeleteIf I had one of these lagana, you could be assured it would never last 2, much less 3, days!
ReplyDeleteYou're back! Yay! I missed you! :-)

I have only just heard of lagana. I enjoyed this little snippet. Someday I would love to travel to Greece during Easter.
ReplyDeleteMaria, I've been experimenting with bread making recently and I admire anyone who makes wonderful bread like you! It really really looks good!
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy with all those seeds on top!
ReplyDeleteI won't tell. Yum
ReplyDeleteYour flat bread looks very good. What a shame you can only get it once a year.
