Food photography (Φωτογράφηση)

To follow up from a previous post, a picture tells a thousand words. What words come to my mind when you see this photo?

yum, tasty, fresh, real, pure, mother, want, now, etc

To make this pie, simply follow the pizza base recipe for ladenia, and top it with nothing more than fresh mizithra cheese, (frozen, in my case) tomato slices and dried oregano. Cooking it in a wood-fired oven helps.
